Local Yarn Store Day!

A range of handdyed yarns

Local Yarn Store Day on 30th April 2022 is an international event which shines a spotlight on our favourite brick and mortar yarn shops. It celebrates the sense of community they provide and all they do to promote our love out our crafts!

This year, I am thrilled that the supremely wonderful YAK in Brighton will be hosting a pop up shop of Beehive Yarns! Together we have chosen 15 colourways on two of our most popular bases - Audrey Classic Sock and Pattie Mohair Lace. There are tonals and pretty speckles, muted and vibrant shades and lots of fun combos to make. The yarns will be available in-store at YAK from Saturday 30th April, and then online from 1st May.

Hurry though, as the pop up shop will only be there for 2 weeks!

I also did a wee interview with YAK talking all about inspo and how I got into dyeing - you can find the interview over on the YAK blog here.

Here is a sneak peek at some of the yarns heading to YAK - do pop in or online - or support your LYS if you can.
